Flown Out

14 days into the month and I have been to Kansas City (MO), Minneapolis (MN), Atlanta (GA) and Columbus (MS).  Of the four I have been to all except for Mississippi so I can now check that state off my US travel list. For the record Mississippi was beautiful and the people were crazy friendly and not that BS North Carolina way.  And to boot I had a hell of a Chicken Fried Steak Sandwich there (Courtesy of Mugshots Bar & Grill – Starkville, MS).  Impressive.

I got Milwaukee (WI) and Las Vegas (NV) next week and possibly San Francisco shortly after that as well.  6 states visited over 31 days is pretty slick and hectic.  I can also confirm that I am not as young as I used to be as these drives/flights/hotels wear me down a lot quicker than they used to.  And the fact that most of these are quick 1-2 day trips also bear down on me a bit.

Tired but happy.  Quite happy indeed.

Windy

Holy crap you would think I live in the great plains with the wind around here.  When we decided to move a little further our (8.6 miles) we knew it was less built up but crap it is windy.  Maybe just a windy spring but again, Holy Crap!

Fucking Closed

Completed.  Finished.  Over.

2 Home Closings.  Now I can relax for 6 months and then go through hell one more time.  Next step is getting the permits.
