    Or in my case, watching back to back food porn on TV when I’m supposed to be trying NOT to think about food. I wake up every damn morning at 4-4.30am because that’s when the nearby Mosque strikes up it’s merry chorus. 6 months down the line, I’ve given up trying to get back to sleep. Instead I get up, put the kettle on and start on the next round of food porn….

    To reduce anxiety I use Valiums, which in turn takes care of the lack of sleep issue. Always takes care of that issue for me. 🙂
