Maybe it is time to reframe the whole gun issue into “gun privileges” vs. “gun rights”. I know these are just silly statistics and numbers always lie but for the sake of arguments lets say that numbers are correct (note, heavy sarcasm) it might be time to have an educated conversation on this.
The first number is guns per 100.
The second number is firearm deaths per 100,000 people.
Maybe, just maybe more guns does not exactly equal a safer society.
I also know the US Militia will rise up when the tyranny of the Socialist Federal Government gets too controlling (except when it comes to gay marriage or abortion as they should stick their nose into that one) but I still think that your 88 guns per 100 folks are not going to do shit vs. one ballistic missile.
